(Rich's brother graduate from Marine Boot Camp.)
*************
Plus do some of this while we were there:
(Shrimp boats)
(Spanish Moss on trees and swamps! We don't see this in MI!)
*****************
Then there was the graduation party:
(Yeah-this is the only picture I got of the party. It was yummy though! LOL!)
***************
We've been to the drive in:
(Blake loved the preview to Ice Age!)
***************
We've been to the theater:
(Yep-the theater is a barn!)
**************
I've been working a lot on this:
(It looks small, but it's a lot of work!)
************
Morgan's been loving this:
(Her new balance bike that came all the way from Germany!)
************
Blake has been loving this:
(Daddy's lawnmower, but Blake's 'tractor'!)

And just enjoying the warmer (yet a little on the cool side) weather.
That's just a small glimpse of our summer so far. It doesn't include:
- The eventful couple days we had baling hay.
- The late Spring cleaning that I've been trying to do.
- The behavior problems that have came about in the kids.
- The lawnmower tire dilemma. (The grass was looking like it could be baled with the 2nd cutting!)
- My parents being home (though they've been too busy to add to my busyness).
And the list goes on. We have a lot more planned for the summer, so my blogging break will continue.... I hope everyone is having an equally fun and eventful summer! :-)
Looks like a fun summer so far!
ReplyDeleteWOW, what a great summer it looks like you are having. Good for you for taking a break for family! They are always the most important. I have a garden much smaller than that, and they are a lot of work! It will be worth it though:)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are having a great summer and break from blogging. Enjoy it!
