Water Color Paintings

It's been almost a year since Rich and I spent a whole dollar at Wal-Mart for a little Rose Art water color paint set for Morgan. Somehow that little paint set got lost in her activity box and we just recently came across it when I was reorganizing the box. (With 2 little ones shuffling through it, it had become quite messy! LOL!)

I'm not sure Morgan even knew what the paint set was, but she begged me to do it! I got her a little cup of water, her paper and showed her how to go about doing some water color painting. It was like it was the best thing ever! Honestly, I think it was her first experience with paint (besides finger painting with pudding) and she must have spent over an hour with it! She even wanted to do another the next day!
Look at that excited smile!
Morgan's first paintings!

Hours of creativity for only a dollar! ;-)

  4. Oh yes, my kids love the paint too! Morgan did such a great job! When my kids paint, the paper is soaked with more water than paint! LOL!

  7. Watercolors is one of our favorite thing to do. Both Chloe and Aiyana love to paint with them and I love it because it is easy to clean up!

Your daughter did a fantastic job, those are both beautiful creations!
