"When Calls the Heart: Heart and Home" DVD Review

*Disclosure:  I was provided the following DVD in exchange for my honest review.  I was not compensated in any way.  All opinions are my own.

About When Calls the Heart: Heart and Home:
From celebrated author Janette Oke (The Love Comes Softly series) comes a rigorous and romantic adventure as epic as the wide frontier. Erin Krakow (Army Wives), Daniel Lissing (Eye Candy), Jack Wagner (Melrose Place) and Lori Loughlin (Full House, 90210) star in When Calls The Heart, “a beautiful story with roots in relationships, self-empowerment, and the enduring power of love” (Common Sense Media). Jack and Elizabeth leave Hope Valley and rush back to the city of Hamilton when they learn that Jack’s brother, Tom, was involved in an automobile accident… with Elizabeth’s sister, Julie! But Tom and Julie are hiding something about the incident, a deceit that puts Jack and Elizabeth at odds with their families… and with each other. Their trip is further complicated when Tom and Julie endeavour to run off together – via train this time – and Elizabeth’s father offers Jack a job – an offer that puts Jack and Elizabeth’s fledgling romance in peril yet again.

My Review:
Another great When Calls the Heart DVD!  My kids and I had a movie night to watch this and absolutely loved it!  I don't know how they can keep coming up with new and intriguing episodes, but they do and they do it well.  Heart and Home added some new twists to the show and the kids felt like we were left hanging at the end. We were so anxious to know what happens next that we had to go online and watch the trailer for the next one.  The trailer wasn't enough.  We still can't wait to watch how things play out for Jack and Elizabeth in the upcoming DVD! :-)

Be sure to catch When Calls the Heart on the Hallmark Channel if you have it.  If not, check into seeing it another way or buy the seasons.  You'll be happy you did!

Buy it!
When Calls the Heart: Heart and Home can currently be purchased at amazon.com for $8.83
