"The purpose of this photo challenge project is to encourage you to pick up your camera and start capturing details of your life. This project should also serve as a way to look at what others are finding to shoot and will hopefully keep you inspired to look for more moments in your life you wouldn't always think to capture with your camera."
The challenge runs from today through the end of the week and here is the schedule:
- Monday- Something new
- Tuesday- Something on your table
- Wednesday- The view from your front door
- Thursday- Something you do each day
- Friday- Something old
I am not a photographer by any means, but I love to take pictures, so I have really had fun with this challenge so far. I hope to participate every day and if you would like to as well, just head over to Everthing Except the Grill and check it out! Here is Monday's assignment:
Something New: Tulips
These are my tulips right now. I can't wait until they bloom and I can see the beautiful pink pastels and creams. I love tulips and I think these are my favorite! :-)

Tulips are my absolute favorite, and watching them struggle and emerge triumphantly into spring is so heartwarming!
We found one (that is in the same growth stage as yours) just yesterday! Love spring time!
Hey thanks for playing along- I could have taken that same photo in my yard! Mr. Linky was being naughty this am, but is up and running now if you want to add this link! I can't wait to see what else you find this week!
I am doing the photo challenge and I did plants too...
I decided not to do my flowerless plants outside though.
I love tulips too but was surprised to think.. seeing your pictures... that I do not have any in my garden. I have hyacinths and daffodils but no tulips... hmmmm may have to remedy that.
Great photos
see you tomorrow
Tulips are so beautiful! Sadly, I have none in my yard:0( I'll have to plant some.
Love the idea of new plant life-good timing with Easter around the corner.
We are recovering from a dumping of snow last week... I can't wait to see what green is hiding underneath it!
I love your tulip picture! Spring time flowers are the best.
Tulips are so pretty! Purple ones are my favs. See you tomorrow!
